I'm Carey York, founder of Hometown Cares Marketing. I am a local marketing professional born and raised in Herndon, Virginia, and I've spent my life watching our community grow.

I know the festivals, the businesses, and the neighborhoods that have been part of our town for decades. I understand what makes a local business stand out because I've been a customer here for my entire life. Herndon is a large community with a small-town feel, and word-of-mouth means a lot here. Our residents are active, vocal patrons who are quick to spread the news about quality services and products, as long as they can find them! I know that the local businesses people remember aren't usually the largest—they're the ones that build trust, take care of their customers, and create an identity as part of our community.
